Beach Home #32  is a beach front single-family house in a low-density area of South Seas Island Resort. The private luxury home is all yours, and you share the three Beach Home community pools, tennis court, and certain other South Seas amenities. This is a great location close to the Resort entrance, so if you like, it's an easy walk to those great shops and restaurants in the Captiva Village area.

Inside, Beach Home #32 is truly delightful: bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. There are two bedrooms plus a queen murphy bed in the den, and two and a half bathrooms. In front you have a big Florida room (glass-enclosed porch) looking out to the beach where you can relax in air conditioned comfort, or open the glass sliders to let in the breeze. A separate glass slider leads into the master bedroom suite, also on the beach side.

A dining table on the porch seats four and is served by a kitchen pass-through portal as well as a large Jenn-Air downdraft grill. Another dining table indoors also seats four, and there are stools at the breakfast bar. Above the breakfast bar are lovely cabinets with glass-front doors on both sides, showing off the large selection of stemware and plates.

Like the rest of the house, the kitchen is magazine-gorgeous: premium cabinetry, deluxe appliances, exquisitely lit, and sparkling clean. This is a modern and functional kitchen equipped with everything you could need, offering vast amounts of well-designed storage. The side-by-side refrigerator dispenses ice and chilled water on the door. The four-burner electric stove has a full-featured oven and matching microwave. A ceramic basin (big-little style) matches the custom counter top, which extends through the portal to the outdoor serving area and the Jenn-Air.

The laundry room (shown on the next page) has a stack washer/dryer, ironing board, laundry sink, and linen closet.
