Bella Mar is a fantastic vacation house on Captiva Island, completed in 2004. Everything about this home is top notch, from its excellent location in the heart of Captiva Village area to the luxury appointments and exquisite design.
It'll be a fantastic vacation staying at Bella Mar, but very hard to leave when your stay is finished! This incredible home has every amenity to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable: private heated pool with spa tub, elevator, outdoor chef's center, guest quarters opposite the pool, fireplace, widescreen TV, and much more. |

Bella Mar is designer decorated and furnished with the great of care, sparing no expense. The result is the ultimate in comfort and luxury, yet everything is perfectly functional. The living room (above) is a great example: classic beauty with tasteful, modern amenities. Of course it offers a premium HDTV, plus a fireplace. From the living room, French doors lead out onto the main level covered porch which surrounds three sides of the inner courtyard and its private, heated swimming pool. You know you've come to a special place the moment you walk in the front door and find yourself in the foyer (photo below left). And take a look at the kitchen (below center): it's truly magnificent, yet perfectly usable. The outdoor dining area (below right) is covered overlooks the pool and the palms of the inner courtyard - quite inviting. The dining table seats even more than the indoor dining room: up to 12, or it can be configured as shown here with 10 spacious place settings.
