Bella Mar is a fantastic new (2004) vacation house on Captiva Island. Everything about this home is excellent, from its location steps from the beach and in the desirable Captiva Village area, to the luxury appointments and spacious interior (5 bedrooms). It'll be a fantastic vacation staying at Bella Mar, but very hard to leave when your stay is finished! This incredible home has every amenity to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable: private heated pool with spa tub, elevator, outdoor chef's center, guest quarters opposite the pool, fireplace, widescreen TV, and much more.
