Master Bedroom Suite

The elevator glides you to the upper level where you're ushered into the master bedroom suite. It features a grand king-size bed, and this suite is definitely fit for a king! Exquisitely furnished, of course, the bedroom includes a comfortable sitting area and a writing desk. The bathroom is equally grand and beautifully illuminated. It has two large marble-top vanity sinks plus a make-up stand, a spacious walk-in shower, and a jet tub plenty large to share. French Doors lead from the master bedroom to a small private sundeck with a bird's eye view over the treetops of Captiva Island (above right).

Just down the hallway from the master bedroom on the upper level is this cute bedroom (photo left) furnished with twin beds. The in suite bathroom (right) has a tub shower.

Main Level Guest Half Bath

The main level has two bedroom suites plus a guest half bath (right). Just off the entrance foyer is the bedroom shown above. The in suite bathroom has a walk-in tile shower.

At the front of the house on the main level is the bedroom pictured below. This also has a queen bed, with a tub shower in the bathroom. French doors open onto a small but elegant balcony from which you could deliver an address or supervise the happenings on Andy Rosse Lane.

The laundry room is conveniently located on the main level on the corridor between the two bedrooms. It is equipped with Whirlpool Deluxe Duet front loading washer/dryer set. There is a utility sink with lots of marble counter space, and plenty of storage cabinets. Even for a large group, such an efficient laundry room will make short work of that task - as it should be when you're on vacation!

The guest house is part of Bella Mar, but is separated by the inner courtyard. This makes it ideal for anyone in the party who prefers a little more privacy or peace and quiet. The main level has one large bedroom suite, shown above, beautifully furnished with a queen bed. French doors open the bedroom to the covered porch overlooking the pool and courtyard. The in suite bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the porch near the grill area.

Downstairs you'll find something unusual on Captiva Island: a large and well equipped Game Room. Bella Mar privides a roll-away table tennis (ping pong) with enough room to really back up like the pros. And the coolness of the basement might be appreciated on a hot afternoon when the ping pong games heat up. There is a 10-player gaming / card table (with six rolling chairs), and a very nice pool table. French doors lead from the Game Room out onto the pool-level deck, which is very well furnished for sunning or relaxing in the shade of the palms.
