The home's main living level is on the second floor and features all the warmth, comforts and conveniences of home. The great room features a 20-foot, exposed beam ceiling and a comfortable family gathering and dining area. Adjacent to the fully-equipped kitchen is a screened-in lanai for quiet morning coffee while listening to the sounds of indigenous wildlife and waves softly crashing on the shore. Two guest rooms and two baths complete the second story with the spacious master suite on the third level overlooking the great room.

Bird of Paradise is just three homes away from the pristine, white sand beach and clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This child-safe walk down Palm-covered Chapin Lane takes you by the island's library and just past the Chapel by the Sea - for those seeking a destination wedding.

And when you've had your fill of gulf-side sunning and beachcombing, the home's four outside decks, some with screen enclosure, are perfect settings for a refreshing cocktail and conversation before dinner, quiet time, relaxation or reading.
