Ca d'Mare is a much larger house than one might imagine while viewing the outside. The main entrance opens into a two-story great room with fireplace and balcony (see photo left). On this level are the kitchen, dining area, a large screened porch with outdoor dining (seats six), and guest bedrooms and baths. Upstairs is the master suite, with its palatial bathroom featuring a huge whirlpool tub. From the master suite French Doors open onto an upper level porch, with stairs leading up to the rooftop Captain's Walk (sky deck). This is an ideal spot for private sunning, watching sunrise and sunset, or star gazing at night.

Pool-level Family Room

Downstairs is a pool-level family room with lots of comfortable chairs and a TV. Large doors open onto the pool deck, protected from "too much nature" by a large screen enclosure. A hallway leads to a separate, full apartment with its own living room, bedroom, den with TV and sleep sofa, sunny full kitchen, full bath and laundry room with washer/dryer.
