The Master Bedroom (above) is spacious and has a wrought-iron four-poster king bed. From the Master Suite, French Doors open onto the screened lanai overlooking the pool. Stairs lead down to the pool deck, which is fully screen-enclosed and surrounded by tropical plantings and mature palms. The en-suite Master Bathroom (above and left) has a jet tub large enough for two, a glass-and-tile oversize shower, dual-sink vanity, a walk-in closet, and a separate toilet chamber. All the bathrooms have beautiful tile work and delightful tropical accents.

Guest Suite 1 (below) occupies the southeast section of the upper level, accessible by elevator. It has a king bed and a private entrance onto the upper level sundeck, from which a circular staircase leads up to the Captain's Walk on the roof, with partial bay and Gulf of Mexico views. This is a wonderful place to take in the sunset, or sunbathe in privacy. The en-suite bathroom has an oversize walk-in shower and thoughtful appointments such as wall-mounted hair dryer.

Guest Suite 2 (above) is located on the southwest side of the upper level and has two twin beds. This suite also has a private entrance onto the upper level sundeck. The en-suite bathroom has an oversize walk-in shower and wall-mounted hair dryer.

Guest Bedroom 3 (below) is on the main level to the left as you enter. It has two twin beds and a peaceful view of the shady front garden. There is a private entrance into the guest bathroom with its oversize walk-in shower. The guest bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. Also on this level is the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
