Beachfront!   Captiva Shores 7A fronts the Gulf beach with its natural beauty, gorgeous sunsets, and ultimate vacation enjoyment. Take full advantage of the warm sunny days and cool breezes that make Captiva so wonderful. The sunset shown on the left was made from the private lanai.

There's plenty of recreation and relaxation at Captiva Shores, starting with the beach, of course. Then, there is an ample-size, heated pool and a boat dock (boat slips are available for rent, call for details). We furnish beach chairs and umbrellas, plus toys for the pool. There are three televisions, DVD and VCR, a stereo system, board games for the kids and plenty of reading material for those lazy days.

Exterior

Captiva Shores 7A is a beautiful Gulf front town home with bay views in the back. The community is a small and quiet with just eight buildings and lots of tropical foliage. It's within walking distance to the heart of Captiva's village area where you can dine and shop 'till you drop! The most pristine and unspoiled beach in Florida is right out front, and you can enjoy it in this atmosphere that's a little quieter and a little less hurried. There is a large screened lanai with a table and chairs where you can sit and watch the water, the playful dolphins, the great blue herons, and the spectacular sunsets.

Interior

Recently remodeled, this town home is completely equipped for whatever your needs may be. Enjoy all-new appliances - including this gorgeous kitchen with everything you need for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms (two full, one half) are also sparkling new, Of course, there is a washer/dryer for easy laundering.

The upstairs has a master suite with a king size bed, a sitting area with a TV, and a full bath. Downstairs has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a jacuzzi and lovely bamboo floors throughout.

Three Bedrooms, Two and 1/2 Baths

Captiva Shores 7A sleeps six persons in its three bedrooms. There is a king size bed, two twins and a trundle with a pull out which sleeps two or can be made up to king size.
