Captiva Charm   is aptly named indeed. Only steps from the beach, this modern abode is perched in the trees on the second floor. The clean and bright interior opens onto the porch which runs the entire length of the front. Two sets of three-panel sliding glass doors may be rolled away to give the feeling of an open treehouse facing toward the beach. It's really quite charming!

The interior is freshly painted, new carpet, new bedding and window treatments. This is a delightful place to unwind and enjoy the great Captiva weather. Being this close to the beach is really convenient, even if it's not beach front! There are televisions in both bedrooms, and in the livingroom. The ground floor of the building is not available to our guests.
