This quaint Captiva cottage is a brand NEW cozy rental listing.
The little cottage is about 400 sq. ft upstairs, plus a beach-level bar, patio and storage area for bikes, artist supplies, fishing equipment, beach chairs, surf boards and much more.
Upstairs includes an open design with 12' glass sliders to encompass the western view.
A small kitchenette, queen sleep sofa and built-in bunk beds complete the arrangement.
While not all that spacious, Coquina is bright, clean, comfortable and designed to be THE entry level opportunity for a small family/group to stay right on the beach.
