Amenities	Central A/C & heat, cable TV, microwave, screened balcony, shared heated pool, patio area, boat dock and laundry facilities, on-site caretakers Make arrangements for boat slips ($75 per week) and parking for your trailer (please call). You can also arrive by boat... we're right off the Intracoastal Waterway.
