Island Breeze   Island Breeze is a spacious vacation home only four houses away from the library, charming Chapel By The Sea, and the famous Captiva beach. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a sleep sofa in the loft, for a maximum occupancy of 8. It features a in-ground heated spa (hot tub) surrounded by a comfortable, furnished deck. It has a washer/dryer. When not in use as a bedroom the loft serves as a nice den. Unique among our Captiva homes: Island Breeze has a piano.

Island Breeze has 2 televisions and a VCR, plus a ping-pong table and a piano. Enjoy the soft tropical breezes, bird calls, and greenery from this shaded, screened porch.
