Kap-Tiki  has an excellent location along quiet Wightman Lane, in the Captiva Village area. From here it's only steps to the warm Gulf of Mexico sands - beach lovers will find the proximity really convenient. Guests can walk out onto the beach anytime, without the need to organize an expedition. It's a quick trip to the house and back, should you need more sunblock, drink refills, or a snack.

Sea of Green (with four bedrooms and a lovely pool) is located immediately behind Kap-Tiki, and the two houses together make wonderful accommodations for a larger family group.

Kap-Tiki has been beautifully and thoroughly renovated and is essentially a new house. The kitchen sports all new stainless steel appliances, premium cabinets and counter tops, and a breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full-size washer/dryer. There are lovely tile floors, recessed lighting, luxury woodwork, and ceiling fans throughout. In back is a spacious sundeck and storage building, surrounded by tropical plantings (including wonderful citrus trees). The front yard is also pleasingly designed, with fun pathways of white shell winding among the palms.

Kap-Tiki sleeps up to 6 guests in comfort. There are two bedrooms, each with digital TV, plus a pull-out sleep sofa in the family area (also with a digital TV). The bedrooms also offer recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and nice closets. Each bathroom has a tub with sliding doors, deluxe vanity, and recessed lighting.

Enjoy the living room's high-end LCD HDTV with Bose surround sound system - an excellent home theatre experience. A desk in the family area hosts free wireless broadband Internet access.
