- Minimum stay at most homes (as set by the owners) is one week, but some may have longer minimums - check the home listing for more information.
Whenever possible, we remain flexible about your check-in and check-out dates in order to meet your scheduling needs and travel preferences,
but some homes are set to a specific schedule (such as Saturday check-in / check-out).

A total of 11% tax is assessed on the rental amount.

- Place your reservation.
We'll need your name, address, phone number, number of persons in the party, exact dates of arrival and departure
and a Visa or MasterCard number with expiration date for the deposit and the non-refundable $40 reservation fee ($44.40 including tax).
The deposit is 10% of the total amount due ($200 minimum).
- Within a few days you'll receive our letter indicating your confirmed reservation.
- The balance of the rental payment is due by check (not credit card) 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation: you may cancel up to 30 days before arrival and your payments (except the reservation fee with tax) will be refunded.
We also offer excellent cancellation insurance at low rates (optional, 7.25%) which covers weather disruption as well as job loss and identify theft.
Trip cancellation insurance is now available to our UK customers also!
- Your accommodation includes free Unlimited Long Distance Telephone service from your vacation home to the U.S. and 30 foreign countries.
- Provided in all units: bed linens, bathroom towels, kitchen utensils.
- Not provided (most units) but easy rental is available (and recommended): beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas.
Reserve these in advance and they will be waiting when you arrive, delivered to your door.
