- Minimum stay at most homes (as set by the owners) is one week, but some may have longer minimums - check the home listing for more information.
Whenever possible, we remain flexible about your check-in and check-out dates in order to meet your scheduling needs and travel preferences,
but some homes are set to a specific schedule (such as Saturday check-in / check-out).
- Our on-line calendars and rates are usually up to date, but are not guaranteed.

A total of 11% tax is assessed on the total rental and fee amount.

- Place your reservation.
We'll need your name, address, phone number, number of persons in the party, exact dates of arrival and departure
and a Visa or MasterCard number with expiration date for the deposit and the non-refundable $50 reservation fee ($55.50 including tax).
The deposit is 10% of the total amount due ($200 minimum).
- Within a few days you'll receive our letter indicating your confirmed reservation.
- The balance of the rental payment is due by check (not credit card) 60 days before arrival.
- Cancellation: you may cancel up to 60 days before arrival and your payments (except the reservation fee with tax) will be refunded.
- You can purchase optional travel insurance from a third-party insurance company.
The rate is 7.25 percent of the total rental amount.
- Most accommodations include free Unlimited Long Distance Telephone service from your vacation home to the U.S. and 30 foreign countries.
- Provided in all units: bed linens, bathroom towels, kitchen utensils, and a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, trash bags, dishwashing soap, etc. (The Island Store is convenient for your resupply.)
- Not provided (most units) but easy rental is available (and recommended): beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas.
Reserve these in advance and they will be waiting when you arrive, delivered to your door.

Cigarette butts are an environmental threat and constitute nearly 25% of coastal garbage collected [ref. page 8].
Please help us keep Captiva pristine, and dispose of cigarette butts properly (in the trash).
All our fireplaces are decorative but many are not operational... and rarely would be used anyway on Captiva!
