Sunset Captiva #59 is one of the largest homes in the Sunset Captiva community, sleeping up to eight guests. Sunset Captiva homes enjoy the charming neighborhood with shared use of the large heated pool, sun patio and barbeque area, tennis courts, and convenient proximity to the Captiva Village Center. Sunset Captiva #59 is also near the boat dock, offering direct access to the Pine Island Sound and Intracoastal Waterway. One of the great features of Sunset Captiva #59 is the large screened lanai (shown above and right). This area offers extra space for relaxing in the shade, and is furnished for comfort. It also includes an outdoor dining table (right) with convenient access to the kitchen. |

Sunset Captiva #59 has three bedrooms plus a sleeping loft. The master bedroom suite (above and left) has an en suite bathroom (below center), a king bed, and a private sun deck overlooking palm trees (below left). Outside this suite is the loft (below right) which can be a comfortable sitting area or as sleeping quarters using the queen pull-out sleep sofa. On the main level are two guest bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with twins). Between them is another full bathroom. |
