Sunset Captiva homes enjoy a charming neighborhood of private sandy lanes, with shared use of the large heated pool, tennis courts, and boat dock (limit one boat per house). Sunset Captiva has a wide swath of Gulf beach (above left), famous for its white sand, pretty shells, warm water and abundant sunshine. One of the largest pools on Captiva awaits you (above right), surrounded by a comfortably-furnished sun patio, picnic area including gas barbeque grills, and cabana. Other amenities include a boardwalk to the beach, nature walk to Chapel By The Sea and the Captiva Public Library beyond, and covered parking. Harborside guests have reserved parking and can take the elevator to their floor overlooking the bay.

For maximum enjoyment by all residents, Sunset Captiva has a few sensible restrictions you should know about. A maximum of two vehicles is permitted per house (there isn't a room on the sandy lanes for overflow parking). Motor scooters and motorcycles are prohibited in the Sunset Captiva community.
