Ventura Captiva #2B is a modern and very comfortable home in the private Ventura Captiva community. The house has three bedrooms plus a loft, three full baths, and room to sleep eight guests. Amenities include a large heated pool (shared), extensive boat dock, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Captiva Island is narrow here, and from Ventura Captiva it's steps to the white sand Gulf of Mexico beach. The interior of #2B has been completely remodeled and designer decorated. The large screened porch faces east toward the pool and Pine Island Sound beyond (views limited by some extraordinary palms). Upstairs, the beautiful loft has a view to the east as well. |
