The lower island has no commercial establishments, and is sprinkled with private homes and estates. In this photo, you can spot a bunch of pools and tennis courts. Along the bay side there are many small boats at their docks, as well as a few larger craft moored in the deeper water. Note also how the wide, white sand beach appears nearly deserted.
