Bauhinia is a wonderful location only a block from the blue waters of the Gulf and Captiva’s beautiful beaches and 1/2 block from the Bay with great fishing and boating. This home is an easy stroll to great restaurants, boutiques and galleries.
Enjoy a fabulous heated pool with a large furnished lanai, all screen enclosed and ideal for outdoor dining, TV/movie/music lovers delight to a large screen HDTV with hundreds of channels, surround sound system, and even a dock for your iPod. If for some reason you need to stay connected we have WIFI.
The kitchen has all the amenities, an ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, etc. A bright spacious dining room adjoins the living room and kitchen and the newly furnished living room doubles as a home theater with all the latest equipment.
Enjoy a stunning cathedral ceiling, primary bedroom suite with a king bed, seating, French doors to a patio, HDTV, and a large adjoining primary bath/dressing room which also leads to the lanai and pool.
