COVID 19 Update April 1, 2020

As of today, in response to Executive order 20-91 issued by Florida Governor Desantis, the office of American Realty of Captiva will close immediately and staff will begin working from home. This and earlier COVID 19 executive orders have created a constantly evolving situation which directly affects vacation home rentals and amenities advertised on our (and partner)web sites. We are closely monitoring this situation and we will alter and update our policies as this public health pandemic emergency allows.

Bayside Villa 5322 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation apartment directly on the bay front in South Seas Island Resort, Captiva, Florida. A large community pool with furnished patio is adjacent to the building, along with a hot tub for your enjoyment and the Bayside Marina is just beyond. 5322 is located in the top two floors of Bayside Villa 5000. Elevators are provided. A deluxe gas grill and picnic table are located next to the building and just at the mouth of the marina channel, so you can watch the boats come and go.
