Plus it’s in the beach block of quiet Laika Lane – enjoy the white sand beach and warm Gulf waters. The house has three bedrooms and three baths and sleeps eight comfortably.

Sea Breeze was custom designed by architects to take advantage of the location. It is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. The main entrance brings you into the large dining room seating eight. On the right opens the bright family room with many large windows, comfortable seating, and the entertainment area. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, plus the spacious rooftop sun deck for very private sunning. Stairs lead down from the main level to the pool and patio area, featuring a long and narrow, private, heated pool. The large screen enclosure also covers the patio and shaded cook-out area (large gas grill and outdoor dining table).
