Located at the corner of Gore Lane and Wiles Drive, this quiet home is still near Captiva Village, with easy walking convenience to shops and restaurants. The beach is a really easy walk along a delightful path. The property has a beautiful and private backyard, with nice landscaping front and back. The heated swimming pool is surrounded by a roomy, furnished sun patio and enclosed by a privacy wall and dense tropical plantings. Inside, a comfortable family room has a cable TV, deluxe ceiling fan, and lots of natural light, with a door opening onto the private backyard. The living room is charming with its fireplace (not operational), stuffed chairs, and a deluxe ceiling fan. The kitchen is really well equipped: ice maker, dishwasher, installed GE Magnum convection/microwave, and lots of glassware. Adjacent is the dining room, with a table seating eight.
